1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering andf purchasing tickets via this site and attending the Corowa Van Nationals 2026, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Event Details
Event: Vannats 2026
Dates: 2–6 April 2026
Location: Corowa, NSW Australia
3. Ticketing & Payment
Tickets are sold via Stripe, the secure payment gateway at vannats.com.au.
​All payments are processed securely; ticket issuance confirms your booking.

4. Consumer Guarantees & Rights (Australian Consumer Law)
The event is covered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides that services must be delivered with due care and skill, fit for purpose, and correspond with any descriptions provided ACCC+1NSW Government. Our refund policy cannot override these rights ACCC+1.

5. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
5.1 If the Event is Cancelled or Significantly Changed
By organiser: You are entitled to a full refund if we cancel or significantly alter the event.
​Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions): We may cancel or postpone with minimal liability, except to issue a refund in line with these terms events.tourism.australia.com.

5.2 Voluntary Changes (Postponements or Altered Format)
If the event is postponed, we’ll offer: a) Holding tickets for the rescheduled dates, or b) A full refund.

5.3 Attendee Cancellation (“Change of Mind”)
If you change your mind: refunds may be processed subject to fair and reasonable cancellation fees reflecting actual costs (admin, non‑refundable deposits, etc.).
Cancellation fees will be:
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event. To request a refund, please email 2026vannationals@gmail.com.au. ​

5.4 Illness or Government Advice
If you cannot attend due to government mandates or health restrictions (e.g., isolation), your ticket is forfeited and no refund applies.

6. Refund Process & Timing
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event. To request a refund, please email 2026vannationals@gmail.com.au. Refunds will be processed within seven business days of your request. 

7. Transfers and Resale
Ticket transfers to others are permitted via our authorised platform. Resale on unauthorised platforms is not allowed.

8. Limitation of Liability
Except as required by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., travel, accommodation) 
We disclaim responsibility for third‑party services or goods.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials related to Van Nationals 2026 are our intellectual property. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
We collect and handle your data per our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and related regulations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the relevant courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes apply only to bookings made after the update and will be clearly displayed before purchase
